Jamie Lynn Collie
Jamie Lynn Colley began learning Orissi from Ratna Roy at the Evergreen State College. After graduating from Evergreen, Jamie continued her study of Odissi in private lessons from Ratna, became a member of Urvasi and performed extensively around Washington State. In August of 2003 Jamie performed solo at the 2nd International Odissi Festival in Washington DC. In 2003 Jamie completed her Masters in Education from Antioch University in Seattle, Washington. Currently Jamie is a part time faculty at Evergreen where she teaches Orissi Dance. Jamie especially excels at Abhinya (acting) dances. Click on Photo to see Jamie with Frank and Ana.
